The Broad Street Parkade area was a part of a vibrant commercial hub in the Town of Manchester for many years, but was greatly impacted over the years by shopping center development outside of the core. The Manchester Redevelopment Agency was charged by the town to redevelop the vacant 18-acre parcel of land into a mixed-use community.
