As a Development Analyst, Kiaisha plays a key role at Live Work Learn Play supporting the envisioning, planning, programming, and market research on a full range of our large-scale mixed-use projects. As well, she contributes to and helps support LWLP’s business development and communication strategies and initiatives.
Kiaisha has a background in urban planning and real estate development and has experience working in various areas of the industry, including construction, residential sales and commercial leasing. She recently completed her Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (BURPl) degree and minor in professional communications at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She is passionate about creating resilient, efficient and inclusive communities that blend seamlessly into and enhance their local context, whether within an urban fabric, suburban setting or rural location.
When she’s not working, she loves to travel and explore new and exciting places. Her last big adventure was in Italy and Greece, and she plans to visit Spain and Vietnam in the future. She is a strong advocate for the tiny house movement and hopes to one day explore Canada in her own tiny house.
