LWLP & Cadillac Fairview collaborated to create CF Marché des Promenades, an unparalleled culinary destination

For over a decade, Live Work Learn Play has worked with Cadillac Fairview to envision, plan, program and implement CF Marché des Promenades – a large-scale, indoor/outdoor food hall and marketplace celebrating Quebec’s terroir and culinary heritage.

We’re proud to have attracted over 40 unique, local and regional food businesses to the project, through our Targeted Leasing and Casting (TLC™) process. Officially opened to the public in August of 2021, CF Marché des Promenades has quickly become a thriving destination on Montreal’s South Shore.
