Galleria on the Park is a 12-acre master planned development that will transform the Galleria Mall at the intersection of Dupont and Dufferin Street in Toronto into a thriving, complete community that will deliver a modern and experiential urban lifestyle.The project will deliver a mix of residential offerings, neighbourhood conveniences, retail and food & beverage experiences that celebrate the area’s makers and creators, cultural and office opportunities and will seamlessly connect to a reimagined 8-acre park, that will include a state-of the art Wallace Emerson Community Centre. At completion, Galleria will be home to over 6,000 residents and include 400,000 square feet of commercial and 20,000 square feet of office geared towards tech and creative industries.
