The community of Port McNicoll, 160 km north of Toronto, was established in 1908 as a Great Lakes port on the southern shores of Georgian Bay. Originally purchased by Skyline Investments in 2006, and acquired in 2017 by the Milborne Group, the 1,126-acre property can accommodate between 1,500 to 1,800 homes, a 1,000-slip marina, and boasts 10.5 kilometres of waterfront near the 30,000 Islands archipelago, a UNESCO world biosphere reserve.
