Description:

The City of Pensacola, Escambia County, and Baptist Health Care partnered to examine the neighborhood that surrounds Baptist Hospital’s downtown campus. The goal was to explore the potential to leverage Baptist Hospital’s growth and expansion needs as a catalyst to revitalization of the surrounding area, by creating a mixed-use neighborhood core and central gathering place that would serve the neighborhood residents and employees, as well as Baptist employees, patients, and visitors.
