Big Sky Resort, located in south central Montana (approximately fifty miles south of Bozeman), offers over 5,750 acres of skiable terrain and 4,350 feet of vertical from a summit elevation of 11,166 feet. It is the second largest ski resort in the United States by acreage and has some of the best skiing in the country. In 2016, Boyne Resorts announced a 10-year, $150 million investment into on-mountain improvements.
