Fondation Anna-Laberge is a non-profit organization in Quebec whose mission is to support the development of health services and programs of the Montérégie-Ouest Integrated Health and Social Services Center, in Jardins-Roussillon. Fondation Anna-Laberge works in 24 municipalities and meets the needs of the Anna-Laberge Hospital, the Châteauguay, La Prairie and Saint-Rémi Accommodation Centers as well as the CLSCs in Châteauguay, Jardins-du-Québec and Kateri.
