Located 11 miles north of Hartford, Connecticut, and 6 miles south of Bradley International Airport (BDL), Great Pond Village in Windsor is a new, sustainable community along the Farmington River. Developed in partnership with ABB, Inc. the 652-acre site has been conceived as a series of distinct neighborhoods centered around a walkable neighborhood retail center with shops, small offices and high-quality civic spaces. Located along Day Hill Road, the site will preserve a significant part of its land along the Farmington River for public access and recreation.
