Description:

LeylandAlliance, in partnership with the City of Newburgh, coordinated an enormous planning effort to help redevelop an area of the city that was torn down in the 1960’s. Integrated into Newburgh’s urban fabric and restoring the Newburgh waterfront, this new neighborhood was envisioned to bring shopping, office space, a range of new homes, and cultural venues for the entire area to enjoy.
