Wellen Park is a 10,000-acre, master-planned community located in the City of North Port in Sarasota County, Florida. Wellen Park will grow to approximately 30,000 homes at full-build out, which will span several unique but integrated districts.

Downtown Wellen is being designed as the central community gathering hub, welcoming residents and visitors to an animated waterfront centre.
