The luxury condominium apartment project La Closerie is a residential building of 97 units on 16 floors, built around a garden. Located on Boulevard René-Lévesque, across the street from the new Faculty of Arts at Concordia University, and a short walk from the bustling Sainte-Catherine Street and its and fashion boutiques as well as the Guy metro station. It achieved a sellout of $38 million and was a catalyst for the revitalization of its surrounding area west of downtown Montreal, in Montreal’s Ville-Marie Borough.
